So when did it become the norm for people of faith to thank their deity for the everyday common occurrence? Have their spiritual leaders ground the doctrine so far into them that they feel a need to really thank god or allah or whoever they pray to for an awesome dental cleansing, or for signing papers in a loan. Last time I checked god wasn't the loan officer at the local bank. Also god is not even the maker of American laws, yet we still don't allow laws to be passed because they don't follow the scripture.
Now I know I will probably not be liked very much after the words I say, but it would be a far better thing for me to speak my mind than leave my thoughts unspoken ,when after all you have no qualms with showing your true colors.
So here is my bold statement that will be my vilification, I am sure. Keep your witty ecard facebook posts to yourself about how god is great and god loves everyone, because until you can truly represent what it is you profress so loudly about than you really do not have a leg to stand upon.
Some reading this may think this might be directed at you, but in all actuality it is based off of a proverbial interal ticking time bomb that needed to go off.
